Parking in the mall lot is available, the mall entrance by the Barnes & Noble side of El Camino Real | Atelier For Healing Gallery is several storefronts further along into the mall on the left-hand side, just past Barnes & Noble.

​KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!  Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to lie down on the floor for an hour.  It is highly recommended to bring a floor mat (e.g., a yoga mat/yoga blanket), as well as an extra blanket or a shawl large enough to cover your entire body, because the body/mind relax best when they stay warm.  It is highly recommended to bring a pillow (or two) for under the head and your knees, and a pair of socks or a warm hat, which would make you even more comfortable and able to relax fully.  If you have a personal eye mask or eye pillow, please bring one.

IMPORTANT:  An Informed Consent Waiver is required to participate.  Please review carefully.  If you have a pacemaker or an implanted electronic device in your body, you will need permission from your medical doctor to participate. If you have any health concerns, let Callista know in advance.
