Connect with Nature | A Forest Bath in the Sound Grove

Combining the sounds of a nature immersion practice with sound healing to deepen relaxation and wellness by integrating natural forest and environmental water sounds with intentional soundscapes (singing bowls, gongs, chimes) for enhanced sensory awareness, stress reduction, and mind-body connection, creating a powerfully restorative meditative experience.

Callista will be using sound, both natural and therapeutic, to heighten mindfulness and connection to the forest's calming energy. To enter the sound sanctuary, you will be welcomed with an auric field cleansing by Callista using a Chakapa rattle (a Peruvian shamanic cleansing tool made of Commodore Palm leaves). Also, a custom stone & crystal vibrational medicine elixir imprinted in a Golden Ratio quartz crystal water vessel is offered if you wish to partake.
